Firefighter in Indiana say that a semi truck driver crashed onto hotel property after striking a passenger vehicle backing up after the driver missed an exit.
The three vehicle crash occurred on Wednesday afternoon on I-74 near State Road 267 in Brownsburg, Indiana.
“On arrival, 3 total vehicles involved. Per witnesses, one vehicle missed the exit and was backing up when that vehicle was struck by a semi. The semi then diverted and ramped over the exit towards the hotel. A third vehicle was tangled up in the wreckage,” said Brownsburg Fire Territory.
Three people were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
Firefighters say that the truck did not strike the hotel.
