Man Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 Westbound in Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. — A 35-year-old man was killed in a multi-vehicle crash that shut down Interstate 20 westbound for several hours early Thursday morning.
The crash happened just after 3 a.m. near Lee Street and involved four vehicles, including a tractor-trailer. An SUV was found lodged underneath the truck, according to officials.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Lawrence Perrino.
Lanes reopened around 7:30 a.m.. Authorities have not released details about any other injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, according to Atlanta News First.
