The crash occurred around noon on Monday near Southcenter, Washington.

Troopers say that 64 year old truck driver Steven Garner was southbound on I-5 at I-405 when the crash occurred.

According to police, a 49 year old woman was merging off of I-405 when she struck Garner’s truck.
