100 pounds of marijuana found in big rig that bypassed weigh station, WVSP says

West Virginia State Police (WVSP) say that two men were arrested after a large amount of marijuana was discovered inside of a tractor trailer that bypassed a weigh station.
The arrests occurred on Tuesday, May 17, in Putnam County, West Virginia.
State police say that they pulled a tractor trailer over on I-64 after the driver did not stop at a weigh station near Teays Valley.
During the traffic stop, officers said they noticed an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
A canine unit alerted to the vehicle.
Troopers searched the vehicle and discovered three cardboard boxes with 88 vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana weighing more than 100 pounds in the cargo area of a tractor trailer.


WVSP says that Bryan Larios Ramos, 21, and Reynier Garcia Vazquez, 33 were charged with possession with intent to deliver, transporting drugs into the state, and conspiracy.
