Semi hits swerving car as cops close lanes in dash cam video
A trucker swerves to avoid car drivers stopping for police on a Pennsylvania highway, but he isn’t able to avoid a major collision.
The video was captured in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 12, 2020.
The dash cammer explains what happened: “While traveling north on I 95 I saw the police had the right two lanes shut down. As I came upon it I switched to the left outer lane to avoid traffic while doing so I saw the police vehicle shut down the 2 lanes from the left and then pulled into the left lane without warning. I was braking and started to head unto the shoulder to avoid a collision when the Lincoln in front of me did the same. Once the brakes were locked up I was along for the ride.”
