On the morning of June 13, 2025, at approximately 7:46 a.m., Memphis police responded to a reported burglary of a semi-trailer at 3399 Raines Road.

According to Memphis Police, the truck driver was parked and waiting to deliver a load at a nearby business when a black Nissan Altima with no license plates approached the rear of the trailer. One suspect exited the Altima with a cutting grinder and severed the trailer lock.

Simultaneously, a silver Infiniti G50 sedan arrived, and two additional suspects participated in the crime. One acted as a lookout while the other assisted in removing several boxes from the trailer. As the driver noticed the theft in progress and attempted to intervene, he was punched in the face by the first suspect.

Despite the physical confrontation, the suspects returned to the trailer and continued stealing more cargo before finally leaving when the driver got back in his truck and began to drive off.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact Crime Stoppers at 528-CASH.
