Traffic came to a halt Wednesday afternoon on DC-295 in Northeast Washington, D.C., after a tractor-trailer struck a CSX railroad bridge near Benning Road, according to D.C. Fire and EMS.
The impact led to the temporary closure of all lanes in both directions, causing traffic delays in the area.
