Trucker arrested for death of girlfriend’s young son
A truck driver has been arrested for the death of a four-year-old boy in Indiana last week.
The incident happened in Shipshewana, Indiana.
According to MNC News, truck driver Dylan Diericx had the boy in the cab of his truck when he became unresponsive. Diericx told police that he was “horse-playing” with the boy, but court papers show that the boy has fractures to his clavicle, bruises and burns on his face, blunt force trauma to the back of the head, bruising on his genitals, and injuries to his anus.
Diericx has since been taken into custody and is now being held in the LaGrange County Jail, facing charges for neglect of a dependent resulting in death.
