West Virginia State Police (WVSP) say that two men were arrested after a large amount of marijuana was discovered inside of a tractor trailer that bypassed a weigh station.
The arrests occurred on Tuesday, May 17, in Putnam County, West Virginia.
State police say that they pulled a tractor trailer over on I-64 after the driver did not stop at a weigh station near Teays Valley....
