ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI — A semi-truck hauling trash lost control on Interstate 70 East near Exit 249B (Tucker Boulevard / Illinois Avenue) and crashed halfway off an overpass, leaving the trailer hanging and dumping trash onto the lower roadway, causing serious delays and safety concerns.
