LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — More than a dozen cattle died after a semi-truck hauling livestock overturned overnight on a major interchange in Las Vegas known as the Spaghetti Bowl, according to Nevada Highway Patrol. Troopers responded around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday to a rollover on the I-15 south to I-11 south transition ramp. Police say the semi was carrying 28 cattle when it rolled over....
