‘Unsafe and unacceptable’ — Georgia DPS calls out pickup driver’s container haul

The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) took to social media on Thursday to call out an “unacceptable” amount of overhang from a container.

In the September 1 social media post, Georgia DPS said:
As they say, “If it fits, it ships” well, not in this case. SFC Strickland (Region D) stopped this CMV yesterday. The container had a 15-foot nine-inch overhang. Unsafe and unacceptable
