Pickup Truck Driver Injured in Crash with Tractor-Trailer on Route 30

A pickup truck driver was injured after colliding with a tractor-trailer on Route 30 in Paradise Township, Pennsylvania, early Wednesday morning, March 13.
The crash occurred around 6:10 a.m. in the 6800 block of Lincoln Highway/Route 30 near Locust Lane.
According to the Northern York County Regional Police, the tractor-trailer was traveling east when it sideswiped a flatbed truck heading west. The semi then struck a pickup truck, forcing it off the road and into a barn.
Both vehicles suffered severe damage.
The pickup truck driver was able to exit the vehicle on his own before being transported to York Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Paradise Township assistant fire chief.
The tractor-trailer driver was not injured.
Pickup Truck Crashes Into Barn
After the impact, the pickup truck smashed into a brick wall of the barn. However, officials confirmed that the barn sustained no structural damage, as the wall was non-load-bearing.
Photos from the scene show the front of the pickup truck lodged inside the barn, highlighting the intensity of the crash.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
