A dramatic crash between two semi-trucks in west-central Minnesota sent one of the vehicles careening off Interstate 94 and down onto an underpass Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred around 10:20 a.m. on June 4, 2025, in Otter Tail County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Authorities reported that two semis collided on I-94, causing one to leave the roadway near a bridge and crash onto the County Road 10 underpass below.

Photos shared by the State Patrol show the striking aftermath, including major damage to the semi that went over the bridge. That vehicle was reportedly pulling two trailers when it left the highway.

While the condition of the second semi is unclear, one of the released images shows it stopped on the I-94 bridge above.

One of the drivers was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

As of 12:30 p.m., I-94 had reopened, but County Road 10 remained closed as crews worked at the scene.
