A Wisconsin resident has filed suit against several motorists and semi truck drivers who were involved in a major pileup crash in February 2019.

On Tuesday, David Brott filed a civil suit against twenty-five motorists and seven truck drivers, according to a report from the Leader-Telegram. The suit argues that the drivers involved in the crash were negligent.

The suit also named trucking companies and insurance companies that covered drivers involved in the pileup.

Brott, who was injured in the pileup, seeks compensation for pain and suffering, lost wages, and medical costs.

The pileup occurred during snowy conditions at approximately noon on February 10, 2019, on I-94 between Osseo and Foster, Wisconsin.

Thirty-three passenger vehicles and seven semi trucks were involved in the pileup crash.

The Wisconsin State Patrol said that seven people were hurt in the crash.
