No leads after 25-year-old broken down trucker struck by hit-and-run vehicle

Police have no leads after a trucker was struck while tending to his broken down semi truck in Chicago on Sunday night.
The incident occurred on January 22nd at 9:36 p.m. in the 10700-block of West Irving Park Road in Chicago, Illinois.
According to ABC 7 Chicago, the trucker was parked in the eastbound lanes of the roadway with his flashers on and triangles placed. The driver was then struck by an unidentified vehicle, which fled the scene.
The trucker was transported to Lutheran General Hospital in critical condition. Updates on his condition have not been released.
Police say that they are investigating but have no one in custody.
