Semi truck slams into store after Jeep runs stop sign

Semi truck slams into store after Jeep causes crash by running stop sign in Michigan on Monday morning. 

 

The accident happened on April 15th in Lakeview, Michigan near North Greenville Road.

According to WZZM 13, the Jeep driver ran the stop sign and plowed into the semi truck. The force of the collision then sent the semi truck skidding into the nearby 5 Corners Party Store & Pizza. 

 

The Jeep driver sustained minor injuries in the wreck. The trucker was not hurt. No one inside of the store at the time of the crash was injured. 

“Please pray for the individual in the passenger car also involved. Unfortunately, no fresh pie for awhile! We love you all!!” 5 Corners Party Store & Pizza wrote in a Facebook post following the incident. 

No information on charges issued as a result of the incident has been released.
