Overturned Tractor-Trailer on I-95 South Blocks Traffic in Martin County

MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. — An overturned tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 South caused significant delays in Hobe Sound on the morning of Friday, October 3rd.
According to Florida 511, the crash occurred just before Exit 96 around 7:28 a.m., leading to a full blockage of all southbound lanes. By 8:37 a.m., one lane had reopened, easing some of the traffic congestion.
Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) troopers responded promptly at 7:39 a.m., and the Martin County Sheriff's Office confirmed the incident and ongoing investigation via social media. The crash was located just north of Southeast Bridge Road.
As of now, no injuries have been officially reported, though some sources indicated there may have been serious injury as a result of the crash. The FHP is leading the investigation into the cause of the accident.
