Police said an officer stopped the semi near Southeast 49th Street and Mill Street for reckless driving. During the stop, officers reportedly identified multiple regulatory violations, including issues tied to registration, insurance, and Department of Transportation information. Authorities said the semi was impounded, and an inventory was conducted.
