Police said an officer stopped the semi near Southeast 49th Street and Mill Street for reckless driving. During the stop, officers reportedly identified multiple regulatory violations, including issues tied to registration, insurance, and Department of Transportation information. Authorities said the semi was impounded, and an inventory was conducted.

According to Pryor Creek Police Chief Jeremy Cantrell, the investigation revealed a large volume of alcohol and tobacco cargo that was not documented on any shipping manifest. Due to the quantity and concerns identified during the stop, police said they obtained and executed a search warrant.
