Police Search for Blue Semi-Truck After Hit-and-Run Leaves Utility Pole Broken and Blue Vehicle Parts Scattered in Windsor Township
WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA — The York County Regional Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a suspected blue semi-truck after a vehicle slammed into an embankment and a utility pole along Pleasant Grove Road and then fled the scene.

Police said the crash happened on December 30, 2025, sometime between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., near 1070 Pleasant Grove Road in Windsor Township. Investigators reported the vehicle struck the embankment before hitting the utility pole, which was left broken at its base.

After responding to the area and examining debris left behind, officers said the striking vehicle left several parts at the scene. Based on the pieces recovered, police believe the vehicle involved may have been a blue semi-truck.
