GADSDEN COUNTY, FLORIDA — A semi-truck driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries Monday morning after an 18-wheeler hauling gravel overturned on Interstate 10 in Gadsden County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said the crash happened near mile marker 185 and initially blocked one eastbound lane as emergency crews responded. Troopers said the truck was carrying gravel, which spilled onto the roadway after the rollover.
The crash caused traffic backups while crews worked to clear the scene, but FHP said that by Monday afternoon, traffic was flowing normally again.
