CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA — A tractor-trailer driver from Ohio is facing multiple sexual assault-related charges after allegedly arranging transportation for a 13-year-old girl to his hotel room, where he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with her on multiple occasions over several days.

Britain Hawk, 33, of Euclid, Ohio, was arrested following a Middlesex Township Police Department investigation into incidents that took place between March 2 and March 4, 2026. According to police, Hawk allegedly ordered an Uber to bring the girl from her home to the Appalachian Hotel on the 1800 block of Harrisburg Pike in Carlisle on March 2. Court documents state that Hawk allegedly engaged in intercourse with the juvenile on multiple occasions from March 2 through March 3.

The pair checked out of the hotel the morning of March 3. Hawk and the victim then allegedly stayed overnight in his semi-truck into March 4, at which point witnesses allegedly spotted the girl in Hawk's passenger seat on the 1200 block of Harrisburg Pike. Officers were dispatched to the scene, where Hawk was allegedly still with the girl when police arrived.

Hawk is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and criminal use of a communication facility.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
