Semi-Truck Crushes Passenger Vehicle Against Brick Wall in Littleton, Colorado, Causing Partial Building Collapse — Occupant Hospitalized, 30 Evacuate Safely, Structure Closed Indefinitely
LITTLETON, COLORADO — A CDS Transport semi-truck and a passenger vehicle crashed into a building on West Belleview Avenue in Littleton Tuesday afternoon, pinning the completely destroyed passenger vehicle against a brick wall and causing a partial collapse, while roughly 30 people inside the business evacuated safely.

At 1:33 p.m. on March 10, 2026, South Metro Fire Rescue, West Metro Fire Rescue, and Littleton Police responded to a multi-vehicle crash involving a structure at 2338 W. Belleview Avenue. The first-arriving crew from Engine 13 reported that a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle had struck the building, causing a partial wall collapse. Images from the scene show the semi-truck cab having pushed the passenger vehicle sideways and compressed it entirely against the brick wall, with the black vehicle's roof, front end, and body crushed beyond recognition.

Littleton Police officers and bystanders were able to extricate the single occupant of the passenger vehicle and move them to safety prior to firefighters arriving. Technical rescue teams from both South Metro and West Metro Fire Rescue worked together to stabilize the building and ensure the scene was safe for responders and occupants. Five employees and approximately 25 customers inside the business were able to evacuate safely, with no injuries reported among those inside.
The occupant of the passenger vehicle was transported emergently to a local hospital. The driver of the commercial carrier declined medical treatment. Both vehicles were removed from the building by approximately 4:45 p.m. The structure has been turned over to the property owners and closed indefinitely.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by Littleton Police. South Metro Fire Rescue thanked the Littleton Police Department, West Metro Fire Rescue, and Connolly's Towing for their assistance on scene.
