Nude Florida man disrupts traffic, climbs on semi trailer
Drivers in Sarasota, Florida, got an eyeful after a naked man on foot ran into traffic on the interstate and interacted with a semi truck.
The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon on I-75 in Sarasota, according to Patch.
A man naked expect for a pair of shoes was spotted walking in the southbound lanes of the interstate near the Fruitville Road exit.
At some point, the man appears to have been wearing a thong as he ran through the rain (warning before you click the link — it’s a lot).
Other images shared show the man fully nude as he is climbing around on a semi truck’s trailer (same warning here).
Deputies with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office were able to take the man into custody without incident. He was transported to a nearby hospital for a mental health evaluation.
“This was a very dangerous situation for the man and the motorists traveling the interstate at that time. We’re thankful we were able to resolve the situation safely,” said Doug Jones with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.
