Tractor Trailer Crashes Off Route 30 Bypass in Chester County, One Hospitalized

A tractor-trailer crash in Sadsbury Township, Pennsylvania, sent one person to the hospital Thursday afternoon after the truck veered off the Route 30 Bypass, partially hanging over Old Mill Road.
Emergency crews responded to the scene around 1:10 p.m., where aerial footage from Chopper 6 showed the semi-truck dangerously suspended off the edge of the highway. A green tractor on the road below also appeared to have been damaged in the incident.
According to 6ABC, the westbound lanes remained closed for several hours, with the scene finally cleared around 5 p.m.
No further information has been released about the cause of the crash or the condition of the injured person.
